  1. Lavar y cortar las acelgas y espinacas en tiras de mediano tamaño.
  2. Lavar y cortar los champiñones en rodajas.
  3. Lavar y cortar los brócolis en arbolitos pequeños.
  4. Licuar los 3 jitomates con la cebolla, ajo, hojas de laurel y pimienta gorda.
  5. Vaciar en una olla con aceite de oliva caliente lo recién licuado y añadir el puré de tomate. Sazonar con el polvo de verduras, albahaca, epazote y orégano. Dejar cocinar en fuego medio por aprox 5 min, hasta que el caldo luzca homogéneo y cocido.
  6. Añadir las verduras previamente lavadas y cortadas al caldo y dejar que se cocine por aprox 8 min o hasta que los champiñones y espinacas hayan reducido su tamaño.
  7. En un refractario de vidrio grande que se pueda meter al horno, colocar aceite de cocina y esparcir por todo el molde, luego colocar una capa de pasta precocida que cubra todo el ancho y largo del molde. añadir una capa de la salsa con verduras y posteriormente una de queso. Repetir hasta que el refractario esté lleno.
  8. Meter al horno por aproximadamente 20 a 25 min a una temperatura de 300°C, varía dependiendo del tipo de horno y la potencia que este tenga.
