  2. Pones en un cazo 400 ml de la leche elegida, con el palo de canela, los dátiles, las cascaras de limón y naranja o en su caso aroma de limón. Dejar cocer a fuego suave durante 15 minutos.

  3. En el mismo cazo pones 600 ml de la leche elegida, cuando empiece a hervir, echamos el arroz normal o integral. Cuando vuelva a hervir, bajar al mínimo y dejar cocer 20 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando.
  4. Mientras sacamos de la leche reservada todo, menos los dátiles, trituramos muy bien con la minipimer.
  5. Añadimos al arroz y dejamos cocer otros 20 minutos más, todo junto y bien ligado a fuego bajo, añadir más leche si es necesario, y probar cuando el arroz este en su punto, eso depende si es el normal o integral.
  6. Le añades la mantequilla y lo mezcla todo muy bien.
  7. Repartir en boles, copas, cuencos o táper, meter en el frigorífico y tomar muy frio, con canela molida por encima.
  8. Observaciones:

    La canela, viene muy bien para tomarla en muchas cosas, como café, chocolate, frutas, postres e incluso comidas. Mejora la sensibilidad a la insulina, distribuyendo mejor los carbohidratos de los alimentos y no se acumulen en forma de grasa.

    También me han dicho que es antiinflamatoria.
