  2. Los trozos los ponemos en un plato hondo y tapamos bien con un film sin dejar hueco alguno, lo metemos 10 minutos al microondas, cuidado al sacarlo dejar enfriar unos minutos antes de abrir el film
  3. Mientras se cocina la berenjena lavamos las verduras, cogemos la zanahoria y la rallamos, el puerro lo cortamos en rodajas muy finas, salteamos con un poco de aceite en una sartén y cuando lleven un par de minutos, metemos la carne
  4. Para cuando tengamos hecha la carne y las verduras, la berenjena ya debería haber enfriado lo suficiente para abrirla con cuidado de no quemarnos y echar en la sartén.
    Removemos un par de minutos y añadimos la cantidad al gusto del tomate frito
  5. Remover hasta integrarlo todo bien con el fuego encendido.
    Cuando esté todo bien integrado apagamos el fuego y emplatamos, decoramos con queso rallado fino (no hace falta gratinar del propio calor se derrite) y albahaca (yo he puesto seca, si tenéis fresca mejor, podéis añadir orégano en su lugar si os gusta más)
