Escurrir y servir en plato hondo, con la salsa, albóndigas, hojitas de albahaca y el queso parmesano vegano (1/4 taza semillas de girasol tostadas, 1/4 taza almendra tostada, 1/2 taza levadura nutricional y 1/2 cucharilla ajo molido se muele todo en la procesadora y se guarda en frasco en el refrigerador)
