  1. Ponemos los dátiles a hidratar entre 5-10’ (reservamos el agua con la que los hemos hidratado para mas tarde). En un procesador de alimentos trituramos los dátiles ya hidratados, con las dos cucharadas de crema de cacahuete y el pellizco de sal hasta obtener una textura suave. Si la mezcla nos queda demasiado densa, añadimos cucharaditas del agua reservada anteriormente hasta que quede suave. Reservamos
  2. En el mismo procesador trituramos la harina de avena con 75gr de la mezcla anterior hasta obtener una masa bastante pegajosa
  3. Preparamos un molde rectangular, en la base ponemos la masa de avena que acabamos de preparar presionando bien para que quede firme. Encima le echamos el resto de la primera mezcla que habíamos preparado y repartimos uniformemente con la ayuda de una espátula. Añadimos los cacahuetes enteros y los presionamos para que queden bien puestos encima de todo y lo metemos en el congelador durante 60’-90’
  4. Derretimos al baño María o al microondas el chocolate, pasado el tiempo de congelador, si vemos que la masa está suficiente firme, la cortamos en barritas y las bañamos con el chocolate derretido. Lo guardamos en la nevera unos 10’ para que endurezca y… listos!!!
