En ese mismo bowl agregar el aceite, vinagre, y los huevos batiendo simplemente con un tenedor, vamos incorporando de a poco los secos: las harinas, maicena, sal, bicarbonato, polvo para hornear y el coco rallado mezclando y aireando la preparación, si fuera necesario añadir un chorrito de soda, debería quedar de consistencia algo pastosa.
  3. Volcar en un molde engrasado con rocío vegetal o pincelado con aceite. Yo utilicé un molde rectangular de 15x25 de capacidad de 2 budines aprox. Llevar a horno precalentado a temperatura suave 180° entre 30 a 35 minutos, siempre comprobando con un palillo o cuchillo que salga sin adherencias. Dejar entibiar sobre rejilla para que suelte el vapor. Cómo verán es súper rápido de hacer, ideal para una rica merienda 😋
